FAQAll your questions about UDI Africa.
Who we are, what we do, where we operate and how we work - all in one place.
Who is UDI Africa?
A business development consultancy and B2B event producer based in Rabat, Morocco, founded by Thomas Idoux and Imane Chafiq El Idrissi. Full details on our About page.
Three complementary activities: consulting and support for market entry in Africa, corporate event organisation, and the production of international summits and events.
The first consultation is free and no-commitment. We discuss your project, your constraints and your objectives, then propose a concrete next step.
Each project is quoted after this free initial diagnostic, based on its scope and duration.
We support companies, institutions and foundations of all sizes, from an SME exploring a new market to an organisation producing an international summit.
Yes, we work in both French and English.
Market entry, market research, sourcing
An analysis of market size, competition, regulatory framework and distribution channels, generally delivered in three to eight weeks. Details on the Consulting & Market Entry page.
Yes. You can mobilise a single expertise - market research, sourcing, market entry - or a full end-to-end engagement.
Corporate, summits, learning expeditions
Yes: transport, accommodation, technical production and hospitality are an integral part of our event offer. Details on the Corporate Events page.
Corporate events cover classic formats - launches, seminars, learning expeditions. Event production concerns the summits and flagship gatherings we carry end to end, including funding.
We do not simply invoice a service: we commit to the design, funding and success of the event alongside the company or foundation carrying it.
Where we operate
Morocco, where we are based, and Senegal, where we delivered the RENEWPAC summit, are our most documented markets. We also study projects in Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Nigeria, with full transparency about what has and has not yet been delivered.
Contact us to discuss it. Our regional network sometimes allows us to study projects beyond our most documented markets.
How we work
The general framework - listen, strategy, execution, results - is identical, then applied according to the mandate. See details on our methodology page.
