Privacy policy.

1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes

Contact form. Data entered: name, company, email address, job title, country, business sector, type of need, indicative budget, number of participants, message. Purposes: answer your request, propose a meeting and manage the commercial relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and UDI AFRICA's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

Budget calculator. The parameters you enter (number of participants, city, standard, duration) are processed in your browser and are neither transmitted to nor stored by UDI AFRICA.

Email and phone exchanges. Data you provide directly is used to handle your request and follow up the commercial relationship.

Audience measurement. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to measure website traffic: pages viewed, traffic source, device type, country, visit duration. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Manage cookies" in the footer. Without consent, no measurement tool is loaded.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider records connection logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) required for security and service operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to authorised UDI AFRICA staff. It is processed on our behalf by the following providers: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form processing, United States); Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (audience measurement, if accepted, Ireland and United States); our business email provider for receiving and storing emails. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Transfers outside Morocco and the European Union

Some providers are established in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by applicable regulations (standard contractual clauses or EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification, depending on the provider). Details are available on request.

5. Retention periods

• Contact requests and commercial exchanges: 3 years from the last contact, then deletion, unless a contractual relationship exists (retention for the duration of the contract and statutory limitation periods).
• Audience-measurement data: 14 months.
• Cookie consent choice: 6 months, then a new request.
• Hosting provider technical logs: period set by the provider, limited to what security requires.

6. Cookies and trackers

This website uses no advertising cookies and no social-media trackers. Typefaces are hosted on our own servers. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies; some website features may then be limited.

7. Your rights

Under Law no. 09-08 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of, and port your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@udiafrica.com stating the subject of your request; proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with Morocco's National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP, www.cndp.ma) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence (for example the CNIL in France, the APD in Belgium, the FDPIC in Switzerland).

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to authorised persons and protected by authentication. The providers listed above apply security measures in line with industry standards.

9. Updates

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the website or to regulations. The date of the last update is shown below.
